Station 1: 2 v 2 forwards have sticks and defense have no sticks and just try and angle the body and stop player

Station 2:

Forward skates behind net with a puck and defense angles.  Battle until defense stops the player or player gets shot on net or scores

Station 1:  Centerman pass to the defenseman and the defenseman skates around the net and starts a breakout with the Right winger.  The right winger then passes to the centerman as he breaks up the middle looking for the pass.

Station 2: 2 on 1 where the forwards need to pass a few times and try and get a shot off
