In this video we break down backwards cross-overs into three simple steps:
- Outside push (c-cut).
- Continue with the c-cut and bring the foot over the glide foot.
- Reach and pull with our inside foot.
One way to work on these steps is simply going around the circle and working on these steps in succession.
