A simple puck formation that can be practice on the ice or off the ice. Alexei Kovalev used this setup to practice before and after practices to dial in his world-class hands.

Set up the pucks, or cones, or rocks in a triangle formation and stickhandle around them. Be creative with your moves. As you get comfortable with stickhandling with your head up, be creative and start incorporating head and body fakes. Add music and have fun with it!
