BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND
- Have a prioritized objective for each system you are trying to implement.
- Example: Exits > the objective is to "use the middle of the ice."
- Almost every question should be answered with "use middle ice."
- Once you know your objective, he explains that you can be creative in the approach to achieving the objective of using the middle of the ice.
