This is a simple drill but a great workout for goalies. I would recommend doing several sets with 5 repetitions so the keeper stays fresh. The forwards receive a pass out of the corner from another player or coach and have two options. They can either shoot or pass. Only one pass is allowed between the forwards. The goalie get set as quickly as possible after each shot and the player passing from the corner needs to wait until the goalie is set.

I would have the goalie start on the post, then t-push to square with whichever forward gets the first pass. Alternate which side the coach is on so they can work from both posts.
