This is tough conditioning drill that is great for the holidays :) I recommend this for the end of practice because the middle of the ice gets chewed up.

I love this drill. I also do transitions - so backwards to the boards and eithet stop or step out to go forwards to next cone and pivots at each stop.
Works well for shared practices where each team will end up doing drills in their own zone center ice isn't used as heavily.
